Sophie Mort is the owner and manager. She enjoys Pilates and weight training, lifting 80kg deadlift,  40kg bench and 55kg squat.

Hugh Gilmour is a competitive power lifter who will help anyone work out a training plan to lift more weight. He lifts 200kg deadlift, 150 kg squat, 100kg bench.  In the photo he has won his class at a South East power lifting competition.

Kieran Hart is experienced lifter, and is learning how to box.

Nathan Miles is a rugby fan who is keen on weight training.

Chris Golding of Golding standard personalised training, is a qualified personal trainer, and just the man to help you with with diet issues and losing weight as well as weight training.
